Pauline de Bruijn-Segeren
Within the Aratis company, we see Pauline’s contagious enthusiasm and energy to excel. She coordinates the Aratis courses and sets up the various training programmes and other knowledge related events, including the FIDIC trainings for (international) clients.

For more than 10 years Pauline works on the consultancy side of the business. She’s the central point of contact within the Aratis company concerning contracts, projects and business development. Besides all that, she is a versatile legal professional who advises clients of Aratis as well as Aratis consultants in tender issues and procedures.

Erik Rozendal
Erik Rozendal
Enthusiastic and intuitive working project director and manager, experienced in engineering, procurement and project management of onshore wind farms. He has been building over 16 wind farms with FIDIC based contracts in North West Europe, based on pillars as safety, planning and budget.

Erik is specialised in FIDIC contracting during the development, tendering and execution phases. Always ready for continuous improvement, Erik works in a way which is based on mutual trust and empowerment of team members and certainly averse of bureaucracy. He is passionate about the right use of different FIDIC forms of contract for the right projects and he loves to share his knowledge and experience to people with eagerness to learn.

Michel’s exciting career has taken him from oil platforms in Thailand and Norway to Dutch high-speed railways and to offshore wind farms in the North Sea today. Using his skills as a contract manager, he became an expert in contracting as well as a trusted advisor for both public and private client organisations.

Since he established Aratis Groep in 2007, Michel provides an environment for Aratis professionals who improve their skills and knowledge in order to deliver a better service for the business. Teaching FIDIC courses and consulting in FIDIC contract management for clients of Aratis, he puts his FIDIC experience into project teams to respond appropriately to the full spectrum of people, skills and issues.

Willem Klinker
Willem Klinker
Willem is an experienced team player in offshore tenders and in procurement and contract management. He knows processes of projects within the industrial and maritime construction sectors inside and out and he translates the present risks into measurements, which deliver the quality the client expects.

He is experienced in directing on commercial targets and designing processes for a competitive procurement and tendering. In the realisation, Willem is proficient in treating subcontractor claims, he determines the processes which are the best and he orks on structures for the backoffice of the contract control. Within the Aratis training programme, Willem provides the FIDIC training session ‘Contractual negotiations’.
